To receive payment as part of the Daimler Vans USA Emission Modification Program (“EMP”) Incentive for having the Approved Emission Modification (“AEM”) installed on your Freightliner Sprinter vehicle, you must 1) submit an Application and 2) provide documentation demonstrating that the AEM was installed by an authorized Freightliner Sprinter Dealer from January 1 - March 17, 2024. The deadline to submit your Application is March 31, 2024. Applications submitted after the deadline will be deemed untimely and may not be accepted.

Documentation
Documentation must be provided to support your Application. Failure to submit the required documentation may result in the delay or rejection of your submission. For your eligible Freightliner Sprinter vehicle, you must provide proof of ownership (e.g., registration or title) and the final repair order from your authorized Freightliner Sprinter Dealer proving that your vehicle had the AEM installed.
Documentation needs to be clear and readable. Acceptable files for online submission must be in one of the following formats and no larger than 20MB per file: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, tif, tiff, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, pdf, txt, rtf, or zip.
